Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Consultant to work on off plan properties to join our Dubai-based team. This full-time position involves facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leads, follow up, and convert to appointments, tracking all updates in a database system
- Identify properties meeting client requirements and schedule viewings to close deals
- Offer expert guidance on property investments and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate regulations and market dynamics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Dubai real estate experience of at least 6 months to 3 years
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation abilities
· Presentable with a professional image
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
· Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (is a plus).
· Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations (RERA certification preferred).
