Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sales agents, leasing consultants, property consultants, admin, marketing, and operations roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare job postings and advertise vacancies on relevant platforms.
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
Coordinate onboarding documents and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
Ensure recruitment processes are completed within agreed timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment. Preferred in Real Estate
Experience hiring for real estate roles is preferred.
Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and common hiring requirements.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media recruitment channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies at the same time.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
