Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee property listings, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to maximize exposure.
- Negotiate high-value deals and support the sales team in closing complex transactions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Track and report on sales performance, preparing regular forecasts and business plans.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Expert knowledge of the UAE property market, laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
