Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to maximize exposure.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and support the sales team in closing complex transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, preparing regular forecasts and business plans.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Expert knowledge of the UAE property market, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
