Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage, inspire, and grow our sales team. This role requires a proven professional with strong leadership skills, excellent sales expertise, and the ability to recruit and mentor real estate agents.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new agents to grow the team.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to agents to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the team.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and client-focused team culture.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, marketing strategies, and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3years experience as a licensed real estate agent
- Strong track record of personal real estate sales success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing agents.
