Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and allocate tasks to reception staff to ensure operational efficiency and professional service delivery
Ensure accurate and timely creation, communication, and closure of job cards
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring advisor communication, complaint resolution, and service progress updates
Oversee warranty and parts request processes at reception to ensure compliance with OEM standards
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to reception and service advisor staff to enhance customer service and communication skills
Maintain HSSE standards within the reception area, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for customers
Monitor and report on reception performance and customer satisfaction trends, recommending continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate closely with service advisors to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Customer service excellence and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in DMS (SAP or equivalent) systems.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
