Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and allocate tasks to reception staff to ensure operational efficiency and professional service delivery

  • Ensure accurate and timely creation, communication, and closure of job cards

  • Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring advisor communication, complaint resolution, and service progress updates

  • Oversee warranty and parts request processes at reception to ensure compliance with OEM standards

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to reception and service advisor staff to enhance customer service and communication skills

  • Maintain HSSE standards within the reception area, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for customers

  • Monitor and report on reception performance and customer satisfaction trends, recommending continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate closely with service advisors to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Proficiency in DMS (SAP or equivalent) systems.
