Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls, accurately routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments in both English and Arabic.
  • Manage and maintain reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and reflects the company's professional image.
  • Handle mail and packages, receiving, sorting, and distributing them efficiently, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and other tasks as needed, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage visitor access by maintaining security awareness and issuing badges or passes as required, ensuring a safe environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
