• Perform check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations (phone, email, online platforms)
• Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area.
• Handling customer requests, complaints, and special situations
• Coordinate with other departments (stage, maintenance, catering)
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception and compliance with procedures.
• Apply the security and confidentiality rules

• Good presentation and oral expression
• Proficiency in computer tools and hotel software
• Organization, rigor and prioritization
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Training in hospitality/tourism or equivalent
• Experience desired for a similar position
