Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Process the incoming and outgoing collar.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and organize the reception area.

  • To manage customer complaints effectively and professionally.
