Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and courier services. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Schedule meetings and coordinate office communications. Support HR and Admin with filing, documentation, and record keeping. Assist the Sales team with follow-ups and coordination tasks. Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Nationality: Filipino (Female candidates preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
