Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
- Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying)
- Support other departments as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
