Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in professional and courteous manner.

Answer and direct phone calls in Arabic and English.

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and conference rooms.

handle incoming and outgoing emails ,documents.

respond to client inquiries and provide updates via email in a timely manner.

Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.

assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

ensure confidentiality


Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality or related field (preferred).

previous experience as receptionist or in a similar role is advantage.

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

professional appearance and positive attitude

Basic computer skills (Microsoft office email)and familiarity with CRM software.

ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast paced environment
