Roles & Responsibilities
Kids Zone Dubai is a leading children's entertainment and education centre, trusted by families since 2009. We are looking for a Receptionist who is the commercial engine of the front of house. You are the first voice a family hears on WhatsApp, the first face they see at the door, and the last impression they take home. This role is one of the highest-leverage positions in the business because every interaction is a sales opportunity, a retention opportunity, and a brand moment simultaneously. What You Will Own: - Admissions and check-in - processing every family accurately and warmly from the moment they arrive - Sales and conversion - presenting birthday packages, upselling upgrades, and promoting playgroup to every relevant family - Bookings and CRM - managing the full party and programme calendar and keeping every record complete - Customer communication - responding to all WhatsApp and phone enquiries within 15 minutes during shift hours - Retail and ancillary revenue - managing POS, maintaining the retail display, and suggesting products naturally - Shift handover - reconciling the till to zero variance and briefing the incoming receptionist on all pending items

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- Warm, confident, commercially sharp, and deeply organised
- Does not wait for customers to ask about packages - reads the family and presents the right offer
- Understands that her conversion rate directly impacts location revenue
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or hospitality role
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficient with booking systems or CRM tools (training provided)
- Available for shift work including weekends
