Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking Receptionists to join a prestigious 5-star hotel project in the North Coast for a 3-month summer assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while supporting the daily front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services and facilities.
- Address guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Location: North Coast
Duration: 3 Months (June September)
Accommodation: Provided
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or customer-facing roles.
- Age up to 30 years.
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
