Receptionist

Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

Greet clients and visitors all the customers and assist them on their requirements.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Helping maintain the workplace in an organized way
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.s.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements and skills :

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Preferred a Taglog speaker
Familiarity with administrative duties

Salary : AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
