Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with information about the resort s recreation and fitness facilities.
- Coordinate and register guests for pool, beach, fitness, and entertainment activities.
- Monitor recreation areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
- Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation in scheduled events.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions for activity bookings, rentals, and merchandise.
- Assist in organizing and hosting group events and private functions within recreation areas.
- Respond to guest incidents, provide first aid support, and contact emergency services when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of recreational areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
CPR certification required; First Aid certification preferred.
Previous experience in recreation, fitness, or hospitality roles is an advantage.
Energetic, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
Ability to work outdoors and handle physical activity for extended periods.
