We re Hiring: Recruiter/HR Assistant Dubai, UAE
A rapidly growing real estate company in Dubai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter cum HR Assistant to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment, support HR day-to-day operations, and contribute to building a strong and motivated workforce within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing talented candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and all HR-related documentation to ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist with daily HR tasks, support employee engagement initiatives, and help improve HR processes across departments.
Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and maintain compliance in all HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment and HR functions; UAE real estate sector experience will be considered an added advantage.
Strong communication skills paired with effective sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities.
Sound understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
Possesses a proactive mindset, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
