Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify hiring requirements from clients or department managers.
  • Source candidates through UAE job portals (NaukriGulf, Dubizzle, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, agencies, and international channels when needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool across nationalities (e.g., Nepal, India, Philippines, Pakistan, Africa
  • Review CVs and shortlisting qualified candidates as per UAE job standards.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) and evaluate language skills, experience, and eligibility for UAE roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain updated candidate records, offer approvals, and recruitment reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding shortlisted profiles, status updates, and joining schedules.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa categories, and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in UAE job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.
