Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to selection and offer closure — for various FMCG roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Work closely with the Group Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment on recruitment goals, processes, and timelines.

  • Drive bulk and volume hiring for frontline, sales, and operational roles within set timelines.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.

  • Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and regular reporting for leadership. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source mix, funnel ratios) and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.

  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG sector.

  • Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring and handling multiple mandates simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics.

  • Proficiency in preparing recruitment dashboards and reports Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
