Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As our Recruiter & Talent Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while also owning employee onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives. This is a strategic HR role ideal for someone who is passionate about building teams, empowering people, and aligning talent development with company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in consulting, software development, sales, and support.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

Lead and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hires.

Design and implement employee learning and development plans in collaboration with management.

Administer performance evaluation cycles and support continuous feedback processes.

Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases using ATS/HR systems.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement programs.

What We re Looking For

3 7 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development (7 10 years may be considered).

Proven success hiring across multiple functions ideally within tech, ERP, or business solutions companies.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent engagement strategies.

Experience with onboarding, L&D planning, and performance management tools/processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work onsite is strongly preferred; hybrid arrangements may be considered.

Proficiency with HR tools and familiarity with ERP solutions is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) are a bonus.
