Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement and monitor organizational development (OD) programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Conduct job analyses and workforce planning to ensure optimal talent allocation.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change.
  • Analyze recruitment and OD metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and OD.
  • Support the creation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive employer brand and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and OD methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
