Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Design and implement OD strategies
  • Support employee development and engagement
  • Analyze HR data for organizational improvement
  • Follows competency-based attributes
  • Well aware of the overall performance management cycle and principles
  • Experience in drafting JDs, org design, P&Ps, job evaluation, and analysis


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing OD programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in the environmental, sustainability, or industrial sectors is a plus.
