Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative techniques to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for a solid educational foundation.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, demonstrating a successful track record in placing candidates.
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD, AIRS) to enhance credibility and expertise in the field.
- Experience in a specific industry, such as tech or healthcare, to better understand client needs and candidate profiles.
