Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduated up to 2 years experince in HR or Customer service.
- Very good comand of both written and spoken English language.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an office-based environment.
