Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to attract talent, showcasing our opportunities
Create engaging, shareable content across various platforms (social media, blogs, videos) that resonates with target candidate personas.
Build and nurture a strong online community of potential applicants, fostering interaction and gaining market insights
Analyze recruitment marketing campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize strategies and improve candidate acquisition cost.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, influencer marketing or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using recruitment marketing platforms and analytics tools
