Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple business units. This role requires strong experience in outsourcing/manpower recruitment, high-volume hiring, and stakeholder management within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
Manage outsourcing and manpower recruitment projects
Oversee bulk hiring initiatives
Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across corporate and client operations
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with operational and strategic workforce needs
Partner with department heads to forecast and plan hiring requirements
Monitor, analyze, and improve recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)
Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and relevant regulations
Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience
Strong background in outsourcing/manpower recruitment preferred
Proven experience hiring within the Qatar market (mandatory)
Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in recruitment systems and job portals
