Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage internal recruitment and onboarding processes.
Track QID and passport expiry dates, ensuring timely renewals.
Maintain HRIS files and employee records.
Handle gate pass applications and tracking.
Monitor attendance and time tracking of site staff.
Assist the engineering team in preparing quotations.
Track quotation submissions and maintain follow-up records.
Prepare budgets coordinating with the engineering department
Prepare schedules coordinating with the engineering department
Prepare MIS reports for HR and project activities.
Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis.

Strong recruitment skills
Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
MIS reporting skills
Strong communication skills- English and Hindi
