Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create precise job descriptions and determine candidate requirements.
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes continuously.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.

  • A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on specialized roles preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are highly valued.

  • Experience in recruitment within specific industries like technology, healthcare, or finance is a plus.


We are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Manager with 10+ years UAE experience in bulk blue-collar recruitment within manpower supply / FM / service industries. ✅ Proven track record recruiting from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal & African countries ✅ Strong overseas agency network ✅ Process, data, and metrics-oriented ✅ Solid leadership and team management skills ✅ Experienced in high-volume visa processing & mobilization ✅ Able to handle urgent manpower demands ✅ Experience in hiring executive-level positions ✅ Willing to work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi This role requires someone operationally strong, disciplined, analytical, and capable of managing large-scale deployment, and available for immediate joining.
