Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Hiring Targets: Ensure the achievement of recruitment targets and fill roles within established timelines.
  • Lead Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the recruitment process across all departments and levels.
  • Develop Effective Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Optimize Hiring Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Implement strategies to improve candidate experience and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain recruitment processes in line with company policies and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • Master s degree or equivalent qualifications is a must
  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems for managing recruitment workflows.
