Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Hiring Targets: Ensure the achievement of recruitment targets and fill roles within established timelines.
- Lead Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the recruitment process across all departments and levels.
- Develop Effective Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Optimize Hiring Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Implement strategies to improve candidate experience and reduce turnover.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain recruitment processes in line with company policies and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
- Master s degree or equivalent qualifications is a must
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems for managing recruitment workflows.
