Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with managers of different departments to identify the functional needs of each department to achieve. objectives and plan of department.
- Set a monthly and annually recruitment plan and work to close all required jobs on time in line with the company strategy.
- Identify different sources of recruitment (internal and external) and continually assess their effectiveness and works on different alternatives.
- Oversee the design of different job ads and ensures the accuracy of content to attract the right employees.
- Participate with Organizational Development Manager to development Recruitment policy and work to update it when needed and Make sure to update it regularly.
- Supervise personal interviews and ensures that all required tests are applied to select candidates whether language, IQ, logic or attitude tests to ensure the selection of the right candidate for the job.
- Supervise and monitor the process of candidates joining the work and ensures that required paperwork for appointment is completed in a timely manner.
- Supervise and ensure a reference check is carried out for all candidates prior to sending the job offer.
- Supervise sending the candidates evaluation to the Compensation and Benefits Department to prepare the Job offer and verify all details before sending the candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor Degree, MBA is preferred.
- Experience: From 10 to 15 years of experience in Recruitment in industrial companies.
- Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office Package.
- Fluent English.
