Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Learn end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with potential candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Recruitment Internship Requirements
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, or CV screening tools is a plus.
Availability
- Ability to commit to the internship schedule (e.g., 3 months / full-time or part-time depending on your program).
