Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, universities, etc.).
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and arrange final interviews with managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and track recruitment reports, KPIs, and hiring timelines.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate all onboarding activities for new employees.
- Deliver engaging orientation sessions about company values, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding documents and employee records.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to prepare workstations, access, and training materials.
- Monitor new hires integration and gather feedback to improve onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
-Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
