Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates through networking and social media.
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks, background verifications, and employment offers.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and best recruitment practices.
