Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update hiring trackers, dashboards, and candidate pipelines.
- Conduct background checks and document verification.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
