Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect and categorize hiring needs from various departments to support strategic workforce planning.
- Research and identify effective sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reach.
- Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates for entry-level and junior positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate tracking of applicants and hiring statuses.
- Execute hiring processes, including document collection, visa processing, email and system access setup, and employee records creation, in coordination with relevant departments.
- Develop onboarding materials and conduct sessions to facilitate seamless new hire integration.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in the recruitment field.
