Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferrable in OIL/GAS Industry.

• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.

• Screening candidates resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.

• Coordinating interviews.

• Providing recruitment reports.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition and head hunting for OIL/GAS Industry.

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Immediate joiners available in UAE preferred.
