Recruitment Supervisor

Job description:

-Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

-Supervise and guide recruitment team members

-Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets

-Coordinate with internal departments and clients to understand staffing requirements

-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

-Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes

Requirements:

-Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

-Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment/HR, including supervisory experience

-Proven experience in manpower or recruitment agencies

-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and local labor laws

-Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

-Preference for candidates with marine or oil & gas industry experience

-GCC experience is preferred

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
