Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement all communication and branding activities across four segments to strengthen Jotun s brand awareness and drive growth.
Support product and colour launches by collaborating with category teams, brand managers, and the colour team to optimize marketing strategies at regional and local levels.
Develop and execute annual regional communication and media plans, ensuring consistent brand positioning and successful local implementation.
Manage regional digital platforms and user journeys to enhance shopping experiences, promote premium finishes, and ensure the relevance of B2C and B2B solutions.
Establish and govern partnerships with quality agencies, oversee PR strategies, manage media relations, and ensure corporate identity governance.
Evaluate marketing effectiveness using KPIs, measure brand visibility, and lead the Regional Communication team for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile
What we look for /
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications across B2C and B2B, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the coatings and manufacturing industries.
- Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, and stakeholder communications efficiently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, media, and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Experience using communication metrics and insights to measure success and optimize strategies.
