Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build strategies to drive sales and New Business Development
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product, its strengths, positioning, content etc to be leveraged for pitch impact and effectiveness
- Have a macro view of the region, account clusters, media plans and revenue potential
- Network, engage and build strong relationships at Senior levels with client as well as agencies to understand business trends, revenue potential
- Independently lead complex negotiations with clients / agencies, including escalations in case of servicing or any other challenges
- Map competition (sales strategy / shows / clients) and market intelligence to develop strategies to maximize market share
- Deliver maximum value on deals by taking complete ownership of deal execution, client servicing and post evaluations of campaigns
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances guidelines
- Achieve Monthly / Quarterly / Annual targets
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue sources through non FCT avenues Brand Solutions, IP s and events
