Your daily challenges:

1. Driving Rational Operational Excellence & Quality

• Performance: Translate customer needs into concrete solutions, organize workstations and manage the profitability of your activities using your indicators (KPIs).

• Quality: Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) by conducting workstation audits and deploying the necessary corrective actions.

2. Managing & Developing Human Resources

• Leadership: Guiding, motivating and developing your teams on a daily basis in a calm and constructive social climate.

• Talents: Participate in recruitment, manage the integration of new employees and ensure their skills development.

3. Cultivating Customer Relationships & Business

• Partnership: to be the trusted contact for our clients and hosts, and to ensure their complete satisfaction.

• Opportunities: Anticipate needs, detect new service opportunities in the field and manage disputes diplomatically.

4. Ensure Administrative Management & Security

• Management: Monitor personnel administration (hours, temporary contracts) and manage invoicing using our internal tool.

• Culture S Safety: to be the absolute guarantor of hygiene, safety (PPE) and ergonomics rules on your site.

The profile we are looking for:

• Your Mindset: A true field leader, capable of combining economic demands and managerial benevolence.

• Your Strengths: An innate commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prove your ability to handle complex situations.

• Your Background: With a higher education in an industrial field, you have proven experience in a high-quality, demanding environment. Ideally gained at an automotive manufacturer or supplier, you have a thorough understanding of the rigorous standards of this sector.
