Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Forex and CFD (Contracts for Difference) sales focus on acquiring, retaining, and managing high-value traders, driving trading volume, and ensuring regulatory compliance

� Actively Prospect and convert new retail clients through networking, referrals, and leads.

� This includes building networks of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and money managers

� Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for new account openings, net deposits, and trading volumes


Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for Business Development Managers to be part of our CFD and Forex sales team onsite

� Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships

� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging partners and clients

� Deep understanding of Forex, CFD products (indices, commodities, equities), and trading platforms.

� Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
