Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
  • Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Monitor industry trends to provide clients with insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address specific client challenges and goals.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build a robust network of contacts within client organizations to enhance relationship depth and longevity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Expertise in real estate offplan sales, preferably in the luxury segment
  • Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English Language is must to have, other additional languages will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software
