Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of each client, tailoring solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable terms while fostering positive relationships.
- Organize client engagement events and initiatives to strengthen relationships and promote brand loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a relationship management capacity, preferably in the financial or tech sectors.
- Experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for diverse client bases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
