Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of each client, tailoring solutions to maximize satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable terms while fostering positive relationships.
  • Organize client engagement events and initiatives to strengthen relationships and promote brand loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a relationship management capacity, preferably in the financial or tech sectors.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for diverse client bases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
