Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow key corporate accounts in the travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate travel needs, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B relationship management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for travel services, technology solutions, and ancillary products.
- Develop customized travel solutions tailored to client needs.
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and travel consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with client travel policies and SLAs.
- Analyze client travel patterns, spend behavior, and savings opportunities.
- Provide detailed MIS reports, travel spend analysis, and recommendations.
- Use data insights to drive client engagement and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, corporate sales, or account management in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and travel booking platforms (e.g., GDS, OBTs).
- Customer-centric with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Prior experience handling MNCs or large enterprise travel accounts.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies, TMC models, and global travel trends.
