Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell personal loan products to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on process guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in personal loan sales or banking is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a customer‑focused approach.
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
