Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
Promote and sell banking/financial products to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in banking or financial sales (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Available to join immediately and work full-time.
