Remote HR & Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, shortlisting, and coordination)
• Publish job vacancies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and relevant groups)
• Source candidates using various channels and tools
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future needs
• Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
• Follow up on employees status, attendance, and basic HR matters
• Maintain organized HR records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR coordination
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple roles simultaneously
