Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and hire real estate agents, sales consultants, and office staff
Manage the complete recruitment cycle (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
Post job ads on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a Recruiter (real estate industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets
Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and sourcing techniques
Well-organized and result-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
