Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Full spectrum of HR operations for the Precast Concrete Unit, including recruitment, onboarding, visa & PR coordination, HRIS administration, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce reporting.
The role ensures seamless HR service delivery, timely manpower mobilization, and adherence to company and statutory requirements.
Master’s degree in HR and Bachelors degree in Engineering.
5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or precast industry.
Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, visa/PR processes, and HR operations.
Experience managing large volumes of workforce (technical, site, blue-collar).
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities.
High proficiency in MS Office, HRIS platforms, and data reporting.
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, visa processes, and government portals.
Ability to manage high-paced environments with tight timelines.
Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric HR approach
