Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive – B2B/B2C will be responsible for driving portfolio growth and revenue by acquiring new property owners (portfolio expansion), increasing direct and OTA bookings, and developing strong B2B partnerships. The role combines owner acquisition, booking sales, and team leadership with a strong focus on occupancy, ADR, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Growth & Owner Acquisition

· Identify and onboard new property owners for holiday homes management

· Pitch holiday homes business model, ROI, and revenue projections to landlords and investors

· Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms

· Build long-term relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers

· Achieve monthly and quarterly portfolio growth targets (units onboarded)

2. B2C Sales (Direct & Online)

· Drive bookings via direct channels

· Optimize performance on OTAs

· Work closely with revenue management to improve occupancy and ADR

· Handle high-value or long-stay guest negotiations

3. B2B Sales (Corporate & Partnerships)

· Acquire and manage corporate accounts and bulk booking clients

· Develop partnerships with travel agents, relocation companies, and tour operators

· Secure long-stay and guaranteed booking contracts

· Maintain corporate rate cards and agreements


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of new units onboarded per month

· Occupancy rate & ADR growth

· Revenue generated (B2B & B2C)

· Direct booking percentage

· Corporate accounts signed

· Conversion rate of owner leads



Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory

· 1–2 years experience in holiday homes / hospitality / real estate sales in the UAE

· Proven track record in portfolio growth or owner acquisition

· Strong B2B & B2C sales exposure

· Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes market and DTCM regulations

· Experience handling OTAs and corporate contracts

· UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred

· Existing landlord, broker, or corporate client network

· Experience managing sales teams

· Familiarity with PMS & channel managers (Guesty, Hostaway, Beds24, etc.)

Skills & Competencies

· Strong negotiation & closing skills

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

· Data-driven and target-oriented mindset

· Leadership and team management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive growth targets

Compensation Structure (Typical)

· Competitive basic salary
